This Privacy Policy explains how Caiel Informatics Pvt Ltd ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with Skia, our radiology reporting tool, and the website at skia.io.

Information We Collect

PACS Request Form

When you submit a PACS request through our website, we collect your email address and the name of your PACS system. We do not collect your personal name through this form.

Book a Demo Form

When you request a demo, we collect the following information: your name, organization, title, study volume, email address, and any comments you provide. This form connects to Calendly for scheduling purposes. Calendly's own privacy policy governs any data processed through their platform.

Patient Data

Skia stores zero patient data. Report information is processed in memory during active sessions only. When a report is submitted, the session clears entirely. Nothing is written to our servers. We do not retain, archive, or transmit patient information at any point.

Analytics and Telemetry

We collect analytics data related to page performance, such as load times and general usage patterns. This data is aggregated and is not used for user level tracking. We also collect telemetry about clicks and interactions, but this telemetry is never attached to individual users.

Cookies

Skia does not use cookies. Our website and application function without setting any cookies on your browser.

User Accounts

We do not store user accounts, login credentials, or usage logs tied to individual users. There are no user profiles or persistent sessions associated with your identity on our platform.

How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used solely for the following purposes:

• Responding to your PACS Connect requests
• Scheduling and conducting product demos
• Improving website performance and user experience through aggregated analytics

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except where necessary to provide the services you have requested (for example, sharing scheduling data with Calendly when you book a demo).

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. Because Skia processes report data in memory only, with no server side storage, the risk of data breach involving patient information is eliminated by design.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
